VVS are pleased to offer this unregistered 2003 Petronas FP1. Developed in collaboration with Petronas for entry into the 2003 World Superbike Championship, the FP1 was a high-spec homologation special. Only 150 units were planned, with the first 75 hand-built in the UK and the remainder scheduled for production in Malaysia by Modenas. Unfortunately, mid-project regulation changes in the Championship impacted competitiveness, and despite some promising results in 2004, the Petronas FP1 project was ultimately discontinued in 2006. This example is 1 of the 75 UK built bikes and yet to be registered, being part of a long standing collection and used for display purposes only. A true collector’s item and an exceptional opportunity to own a unique piece of World Superbike history, please call the sales team for further details.
